One great day seems to follow after each other. Today we drove into the Þórsmörk (Thorsmork) and were blessed with extraordinary weather for our hike up to the top of Valahnukur. From there we had beautiful views of Eyjafjallajökull glacier (and volcano underneath of 2010 infamy). This was followed by w walk up to a hidden waterfall that plunge vertically into an extremely narrow gorge…the pictures don’t do it justice.
