Jennifer Barnes: Lili Jacob’s Album

I first learned about this album awhile ago while watching a show on the History Channel about the Holocaust. I stuck in my mind and it was the first thing to come to mind when I was told about this project. Research showed me that it would do well for this project. The pictures themselves are what was saved from the album, so a picture of the album itself doesn’t actually exist. The photos have been digitally scanned.

 

Martin Segall: The North Korean won is the currency of North Korea. This banknote is from the first version of the won, introduced in 1947.
