Our team understood the importance of completing our tasks in a timely and organized manner. To aid in this process, we made use of a Gantt chart. When creating this timeline, we discussed our process and the specific steps that were necessary to complete each deliverable. We decided to create a Gantt chart for each deliverable so that we could lay out the details of our process while also providing the overall general schedule of our project. Once the steps for each deliverable were identified, we then discussed the deadlines for each task and whether or not tasks could be worked on concurrently or successively. These initial target dates were only estimates, so every few sessions we would evaluate our progress and determine if these target dates should be kept, brought forward, or delayed. Our dynamic approach to the timeline allowed us to have accountability for our tasks while also allowing for flexibility depending on individual circumstances.
