Team Member Roles

One of the core tenants of HARRT is the desire to have everyone on the team feel valued and heard.

Therefore, we developed a model for our team roles that would allow for fluidity in the importance of team roles. Our hierarchy of roles allows us to work as a collaborative unit.

By eliminating power dynamics in the team, we have allowed all team members to maintain a sense of purpose and responsibility towards the success of the project. All of the roles are rotated and allow for all team members to demonstrate their individual leadership abilities.

For the Fall 2021 Semester, the team has decided to use a rotation of various team roles to help facilitate our progress and communication. These roles have various levels of responsibility which is beneficial given the rotating nature that we have established. In the Spring 2022 Semester, we plan to further solidify the following roles as people develop areas they are passionate about pertaining to our project.
