Emma Luttrell

My name is Emma Luttrell and I am a senior at Lafayette College. I am a Psychology major, Data Science minor from Syracuse, New York. I am involved in many different aspects of campus life. I am a senior captain of the Lafayette Swim and Dive Swim team, the president of Alpha Gamma Delta, a supervisor for the aquatics department of recreation services, a member of Psi Chi, a research assistant for the MPAT Lab, and a tour guide. I am also the recipient of the Mamie Phipps Clark Research Grant for undergraduate psychological research. I started my role in the Neurodiversity lab in the Spring of 2024. I have absolutely adored being a member of this lab and working under Professor Greenlee. My main research interests involve autistic and LGBTQ+ identities and how outside factors impact a person’s sense of their own identity.


Hannah Byrnes 

My name is Hannah Byrnes and I’m a senior at Lafayette. I am a Psychology major from Long Island, New York. On campus, I am a member of Pards Against Sexual Assault, a Psychology Lab Teaching Assistant, Psychology Peer Mentor, and have held an executive postion in Psi Chi Honors Society and for Alpha Gamma Delta. I started my role in the Neurodiversity Lab in the summer of 2025, where I spent my summer coding parent and child dysregulation and engagement during parent-child interactions. In the fall of 2025, I started working on my Honors Thesis, focusing on Broader Autism Phenotype and alcohol motivations and behaviors in college students. I love working in the Neurodiversity Lab because I am surrounded by intelligent, like-minded people who engage in meaningful discussions about countless interesting topics and ideas.


Yanina Chicas Amaya

My name is Yanina Chicas Amaya and I am a senior at Lafayette College. I am a Psychology and International Affairs double major minoring in Latin American Caribbean Studies. On campus, I am a proud member and former Vice-President of the Hispanic Society of Lafayette, Head Resident, part of three honor societies (Tri Alpha, Psi Chi, and Sigma Iota Rho) for my respective majors, and I perform spoken word on the side. This is my first year with the Neurodiversity Lab and I have enjoyed the community within the lab as well as learning more about all of my peers’ interests and gaining new skills such as coding and strengthening my writing. My main research interests are Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) within Latinx/Hispanic children and its impact on mental health.

 


Erin Rapuano

My name is Erin Rapuano and I am a junior from Moorestown, New Jersey studying Psychology and Anthropology & Sociology. My main interests are in developmental psychology, specifically with regard to neurodiversity, and I plan to pursue further education in developmental psychology after Lafayette. On campus I am a Psychology Lab Assistant, a Peer-Anti Violence Educator, and I am actively involved on the executive boards of Alpha Gamma Delta and Club Field Hockey. Outside of school I love to bake, paint, ski, travel, and spend time with family and friends. I am so excited to continue working with Professor Greenlee and the Neurodiversity Lab!

Zoey Osho
My name is Zoey Osho, I am a Psychology and Religious Studies double major from Maryland. On campus, alongside being apart of the ND lab, I train service dogs, work in the animal psychological labs on campus, and work with the landis center on various projects. I also participate in other research on campus, such as research on various religious studies topics as well as my own personal independent research projects in the ND lab and beyond. I have been apart of the ND lab since my junior year and have enjoyed learning about how to code different behaviors and interactions in the context of neurodiversity, and plan to take the skill I’ve learned from being an active member of the ND lab into my professional career.
