What is the Sub-Saharan Africa Cluster?

The Sub-Saharan Africa Cluster investigates effective governance in collaboration with international partners. The cluster uses a range of data sources, including qualitative interviews, original data collection, administrative data, and field surveys, to better understand the drivers of governance failures as well as to innovate solutions. The cluster’s substantive focus includes public health, environmental conservation, political participation, and economic development.
