We have four faculty co-directors who advise our student researchers, a Gov Lab Manager who oversees cross-project team management, and Research Leads who oversee project design, implementation, and analysis within a thematically cohesive area of research.

​Research Assistants conduct essential research tasks and support Research Leads with project design and implementation.

Research Fellows are recent Lafayette College graduates who provide mentorship and professional expertise.
