Gov Lab began as a response to the COVID-19 pandemic to provide remote, part-time, meaningful professional development opportunities. Since the summer of 2020, Gov Lab has been a nonpartisan, undergraduate, student-led team of Lafayette College researchers. Students have developed and conducted research on several original projects to date.
We are undergoing a transition to expand and establish Gov Lab as an institution that not only continues to produce original, student-led research but also has several focused areas of research in collaboration with the Easton community and beyond. Gov Lab remains a space for students to build diverse skill sets in research, design, data analysis, writing, management, and public service.
