Watch Me Work! (Final Video)

Yes, I am very excited about fitness. I am in love with the idea of being at one with myself (mind & body), but I am not perfect. Everyday is an opportunity to make great decisions, or poor ones. Mornings are still rough for me. Some days I don’t get up as quickly as I should, and I end up not utilizing them to the extent that I would like to. I would say a successful morning would be one in which I started the day with exercise, and did so wholeheartedly. It’s important to constantly challenge yourself when exercising. Meaning, rather than running at a constant pace in order to achieve a particular distance, incorporate sprints into the run and return to that constant pace. That makes for a more effective cardio-workout, and you’re more likely to get tired faster. As I stated in a past post, when your body is tired and makes you feel as though you should stop, that is the prime time to keep going. Pain is weakness leaving the body, so don’t be afraid to go hard in the gym or wherever you decide to workout! And afterwards, don’t forget to celebrate with a few victory twerks.
