EULER is a group of twelve 4th-year Mechanical Engineering students at Lafayette College in the process of developing an efficient and tactical solution to dilemmas occurring in a high-risk field. Team EULER conducted a thorough research and selection process to determine occupations with feasible problems and solutions. In doing so, Team EULER selected firefighters as a target audience.

Would you run into a burning building?… Probably not. How about if you were equipped with the best training and tools available? Probably still no. However, firefighters willingly place themselves in these difficult and dangerous scenarios.

While working, firefighters face various unnecessary risks that can be avoided with better equipment, information, and preparation. Team EULER is working to reduce these risks faced by firefighters.
