I thought this podcast was pretty informative, going into depth about how electricity is produced and the pros and cons of each source of fuel that produces it. HIghly appropriate background music as well.
Your group goes into very strong detail about the generation of electricity, but manage to present it in a way that is easy to comprehend without having to replay any parts of the podcast. It was interesting to learn about how a generator works, because I never really learned about that process.
I like that your group started the podcast off with a simple introduction to electricity and how it is generated. It was a nice way to make a clear transition into how electricity is applied in power plants. You also made concise connections between power sources like natural gas, wind, and nuclear power and the generation of electricity. I also think your script was written very well, and it seems as though you interacted with the audience well. Overall, great job!
This was well done! You provided many facts about electricity and possible power sources. I liked how you mentioned the different ways to make power- and the pros and cons. Good examples were used (i.e. the flashlight) to connect the speaker to the audience. Good job!
I really appreciated this podcast. The generation of electricity which explained was detailed and deep. I could easily understand how electrons moved, attracted, and eventually formed electricity though I had never learned about this area. Furthermore, the topic was really attractive and worth us exploring. I hope that one day this power source will be more popular and benefit us more. The background music was also a great work!
This podcast was very informative and easy to follow. I liked how you broke down the podcast into three focused ideas. I also loved the background music and your choice to keep the music in the background.
