  1. This is a great idea, and the majority of it is well executed, but it would be awesome if each of the 2 sides had a few more legitimate examples. The hippy’s one specific comment about sand used in fracking was actually pretty interesting, but everything else was just pretty vague. It might be a bit more interesting if “happens like, all the time” or “happened to this guy I know” was replaced by actual examples of these things happening. On the other hand, the P.H.D. says that groundwater contamination is impossible, which isn’t true and could definitely confuse a listener. It kind of seems like the makers of the podcast have a pro-fracking bias, which is completely fine, but it’s not very subtle. Overall it was a great podcast, it seems like you guys did your research pretty well for the most part. It also seems very easy to understand for someone without a lot of technical knowledge. The transitions and intro/outro sounded great as well.

  2. Great job of summarizing the process of fracking and how it can be done safely. Also the “green earth initiative representative” was hilarious!

  3. It was a very through description of fracking. It was cool that you included two “interviews” that gave both opinions of fracking. good job!
