About EDS:

The Emile Durkheim society has officially been reinstated as of December 2010! Our group devotes itself to raising awareness about the Anthropology and Sociology department, as well as uniting students of the major/minor.  Some of our goals for the 2011 Spring semester include the following:

-Raising awareness and interest in A&S

-Holding group activites, trips and presentations

-Being a source of information about the major and what to do with it

-And of course, welcoming new majors/minors with open arms!
