1. Ensure only Power/CAN use 6 pin connectors 2. Ensure only safety use 4 pin connectors 3. Replace GLV battery with a unique connector 4. Each subsystem should fuse/circuit breaker the power in for its local current max 5. Upgrade packs to 300A 6. Have access panel for GLV 7. Have access panel for TSI a. Easy to access all fuses b. Labeled LEDs for status (Implausibility/Drive/IMD fault) Throughout the entire system these values should be used where possible: 8/32 screw 6 pin connector = GLV/CAN 4 pin connector = Safety loop 16 AWG wire for low current ( <1A) 12 AWG for GLV power/ground/chassis ground 0/0 AWG for High current path Note individual subsystems have suggested fixes
