The Thing: The Musical

John Carpenter’s The Thing is one of my favorite movies, and along with Halloween and Escape from New York one of the few legitimately “good” movies (as opposed to interesting) Carpenter has ever made. Jon and Al have retold it in three minutes as a traditional pop song (think Frank Sinatra) and it’s an absolute hoot. You won’t be sorry.
