  1. From the beginning, I liked the choice of music, gives the interview a cheerful/jovial tone to it. I also liked the clip showing Anna laughing at a joke when she was about to speak, it showed emotion that also supports the cheerful tone of the interview. The theme was clear; Anna talking about her major, what made her switch from engineering to econ, and challenges she’s facing becoming a businesswoman. Good variety of shots and the news video clip was a nice touch.

Things to consider changing could be turning down the music a little after the beginning. It was distracting when Anna was telling her story. With the news clip, adding a transition between when she was finish talking and the start of the news would make the change feel more smooth and fluid. Also, dialing down the interviewers’ sound in the news clip to match the rest of the dialogue would help as well.

  2. I like the use of music but maybe try to play more with it and try with other songs, just to see if that song is the best one for this interview. One of my favorite parts is the news anchor talking about the investment club at Lafayette and how then you zoom in to the school and one of the meetings/presentations from the investment club. You could try maybe to put that part a little bit earlier in the interview and maybe put a little more of it and how it relates to the person you’re interviewing. Overall, I liked it and I think the person you’re interviewing is saying interesting things. I think some b-roll is a little repetitive but that’s something you could play around with easily.
