It’s kind of weird for someone who has roughly 3 months left of college to start a blog on a college website to an extent I suppose.
But I’m constantly bouncing around ideas, and this one seemed like one that I just had to pursue. So if you’re looking for musings on the Lafayette College experience from a soon-to-be graduate, you’ve come to the right place.
Tell me about yourself…. (the long version)
I am very much a member of the Class of 2014, and its amazing that I have yet to catch senioritis. After many trial-and-error life decisions, I finally figured out what I want to do for a long-term career, I have pretty solid grades, and I’ve met tons of amazing professors, administrators, and friends who have change my life.
Not to mention that I met President Byerly last week – so exciting! She’s amazing, and I really recommend that people reach out to her. She’s exactly what I would hope a Lafayette president would be – inviting, engaged, and has clear goals for the college.
But to get back to things, I’m a person who has a love for higher education initiatives, and I’m happy to say that Lafayette has become an incredibly better place since I’ve started. I can only hope for even more improvement to happen after I’m gone.
