Chef’s Fare 2013

Tonight was the annual Chef’s Fare, a competition between the chefs of local colleges.  This year’s competition had a musical genre theme.  Lafayette represented heavy metal as it competed against chefs from DeSales, Muhlenberg, Moravian, and Mansfield State.

I tried to grab at least one item from each school.  I didn’t care for the turkey dish but the shrimp dish was great! It was a nice change to be able to eat shrimp at Lafayette. Lafayette’s steak was very good as well.  The cake pop was the perfect sized dessert following all that food.
