The past few weeks have been nothing but hectic! We have been sending tech clinic members all days of the work week to help facilitate and oversee the 5th block elective period at Bangor Area High School. The students have helped with the construction of a floating raft hydroponic system, the propagation of mums and coleus, and the development of a spring order form and plant sale. You can get caught up on our work here.
Also, a lot of the summer’s harvest has been donated to both a nutrition course at the high school as well as the Slater Family Network. More on all of this to come

Michael Holva, Raquel Zieba, Logan Serfass and John Casimiro work together as they plant their tray with seeds. Bangor Area High School students plant seeds Oct. 2, 2014, in the school’s newly refurbished greenhouses, under the guidance of members of the Lafayette College Technology Clinic.
