Four parallel FREE hands-on workshops on Engineering Education for high school and middle school teachers will be conducted on Friday afternoon April 16, 2010, 1 – 5 pm. Note that Lafayette College is a PA approved ACT 48 Provider. All hours that each teacher participates at this conference, minimum of 2 hours attending one workshop to maximum of 16 hours attending the full conference, will be reported to PA Department of Education to count towards his/her required Professional Development hours. Participation of high school teachers at these workshops and the conference is sponsored by a generous gift from Air Products & Chemicals and are FREE to all high school teachers. The workshop modules are as following:

Civil & Environmental Engineering, 1 – 3 pm
Electrical & Computer Engineering, 1 – 3 pm
Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering, 3 – 5 pm
Mechanical Engineering, 3 – 5 pm
