These are two images of the wall on the far side of the room which shows the house across the street. The ceiling shows a car driving down the road and a parked car.

Concept Map – Max Dixon
So this week for the concept map, I focused on more of what I want to do in the future, specifically traveling. I wrote out areas of the world I want to see like Europe and parts of Asia. Then, I went into specific countries like Italy, France, Austria, Thailand, etc… Finally, I wrote down the cities I want to visit stemming from there respective countries. I pretty much wrote up some of my travels plans that hopefully I will be able to fulfill in the future.

Ryan Semendinger – Camera Obscura
Here is my camera obscura picture. It’s of South College through my bedroom window. I used a 30 second exposure on my friend’s camera to get the shot, and I think it looks absolutely awesome. Without the camera you can easily see the outlines of the windows, but the color only shows up in picture form.

This is the most clear photo I got (just used my phone). This was on my ceiling (you can see a poster on the left wall. The pattern of the sidewalk (partially inlaid with bricks), the shadow of the tree, the mulch the tree is planted in, and the bare boughs of the tree are visible. From this angle it is in perspective, and seems to be floating midair (lesser quality photos show how the tree it bent into the corner of my room where the ceiling met the upper wall). It was nearly life size. I could also see people passing by, but that was too difficult to capture in a photo.
