Concept Map Week 3 Update

imageThis week I was finally able to put some thoughts to paper.  Besides my parents, the next two biggest things in my life are probably my home and Lafayette, each of which have been provided for by my parents; it only seemed right to connect those ideas together with through my mom and dad, which completed the circle of things most important to my life.  I continued to expand a little on my dads side and from my home. Also, I removed the piece of loose leaf paper because I feel that I have overcome my “writer’s block.”

This week for the concept map I added a couple of present tense verbs and a past tense verb.  I wanted to focus again stuff that is currently going on in my life right now and stuff that is near and dear to my heart.  I enjoy community service and philanthropy related events, so I talked about my experience with helping out the Boys and Girls Club of Easton.  I ran a soccer clinic at the Boys and Girls Club of Easton this past fall and has volunteered to help out a previous soccer clinics that occurred at the Boys and Girls club.  I talked about the philanthropy related events that I was a part of/am currently doing to raise money for the Boys and Girls Club of Easton.  Also, I take about my needs (I promise that I am not needy) and what things I love in life.

This week I expanded my idea from last week (the strangers face-melding thing). I want it to really absorb and take over the perimeter and especially the bottom half (since the bottom half is primarily supposed to be designated for “me”). The only thing I added under my section is a bath… because I miss them and I practically take one every day at home. I’ve been brainstorming of other people I could add to the top half section… haven’t really landed on anything super inspiring as of now.

Ryan Semendinger – Week 3

Week three’s color is green. I added a nice amount, trying to keep it consistent. Bottom right I left off with Japan, which should make next week’s additions pretty fun as I have a nice amount I can rattle off from there. I’m unfortunately getting stuck on the left, with the lists, but I think this will be easy to fix, any one of those authors mean much more to me than just their names so I can elaborate on those points.
