Why are you an engineer?
“There are so many problems in the world that I want to help solve, and I believe I can do that by engineering solutions. I am passionate about the environment, improving people’s lives, problem-solving, and designing, which I found can be coupled together in engineering.”
Why did you want to be on the human-centered design team?
“I want to make an impact on people’s lives in a positive manner. There are so many issues people face each day, and if I can engineering a tool that will improve their lives, then my purpose of becoming an engineer will be fulfilled. Additionally, I can pursue all of my passions in this design team, as I can create a product that is both sustainable and life-changing.”
What excites you most about your team’s project?
“I am very excited about all elements of our project, including designing, constructing, and getting feedback from students and teachers! But if I had to choose one, I am most excited to design and build the hands-on game.”
