Why are you an engineer?
“I have always been interested in how things work, and I think that the product design process is very interesting. I often look at a product or object and ask “why” something was designed the way it was, and I’m excited to have some control over that “why” for certain products moving forward.”
Why did you want to be on the human-centered design team?
“One of the most exciting parts about engineering is the ability to design products that can help make people’s lives better. That is what I hope to do with my career, and I think putting our minds together to design a new product as part of of the human-centered design team is a great start to pursuing that goal.”
What excites you most about your team’s project?
“Most products are designed solely with a business focus, but our solution aims to solve a problem for a market that is often overlooked. While we may hope to sell a final product at the end, the main focus is designing a feasible solution that helps the people who need it right now.”
