Lafayette Christian Fellowship
President: Charles Jun, junc@lafayette.edu

LCF is a non-denominational group of students who gather together to praise the Lord and learn from His Word. We desire to be a community centered on the Gospel of Jesus Christ, rejoicing to see lives changed and His grace spread to Lafayette and beyond. The ways in which we do this is through prayer meetings, large group meetings (Primetime), small group Bible studies, semester retreats and conferences, and one-on-one discipleships.
Muslim Students Association
President: Safraz Hassen, hassens@lafayette.edu
A group of Muslim students and students interested in learning more Islam. We make weekly trips to the Allentown Mosque. We provide community gathering opportunities for religious celebrations.
Newman Association
President: Francesca Pileggi, pileggif@lafayette.edu
Advisor: Father Charles Norman
The Newman Association is the Catholic student group on campus. We welcome students of all religions, and organize many social and spiritual activities. Worship is held Sundays at Colton Chapel at 11:30. Celebrations of Holy Days throughout the Academic Year also are celebrated in Colton Chapel. Sacraments of Reconciliation and preparations for Catholics who have not made First Communion and Confirmation are also available.
On Monday nights at 9, the Newman Association holds meetings at the Newman House (119 McCartney Street) to discuss business and take part in fun activities. An annual weekend retreat to Cape May, New Jersey is held every fall. Dinners and BBQ’s at the Newman House are open to the entire campus community and occur around once a month for different occasions, such as the welcoming of new students, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, and Senior Class Recognition. Last spring, we raised money for the Third Street Alliance by running our second annual Frisbee Golf Tournament. In addition, Newman has several social outings throughout the year (bowling, ice skating, and movie nights). Spirituality and Discussion Groups meet weekly to discuss certain issues and to pray. The 117 McCartney House was recently created to serve as a meeting, study, and relaxing place for Newman members.
