We also set up other optional training sessions for members who cannot regularly make these meetings or are interested in expanding what they have learned in class. Belt promotions are available if you wish to advance through the ranks of Tae Kwon Do or you can just train for sparring competitions (controlled fighting). The club will typically go to four to five competitions per semester; these too are optional but recommended. We are a member of the Ivy Northeastern Collegiate Tae Kwon Do League (INCTL) and the National Tae Kwon Do Collegiate League.
