The meeting was called to order at 5:00 PM.

14 members were present.

Motion to approve minutes from September 23rd, 2009 pending changes.

Ashley Juavinett – President

-Technology Entertainment Design (TED) requested $75 in supplemental allocations for food at their next meeting.

-The National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws (NORML) requested $250 in supplemental allocations for membership dues, office supplies, and advertisements for their upcoming event.

-Students supporting the movement on campus concerning Kirby Hall of Civil Rights, diversity and community inclusiveness discussed their beliefs and requested support.

-Kappa Kappa Gamma and Zeta Psi requested that Student Government cosponsor Fall Fest with $400.  This event will bring children from the Easton community on to campus for events and will also raise money to donate to the Easton Area Community Center.

Maire Newton – Vice President

-Gregory Schorr will be the new student member on the Student Appeals Committee.

-On Thursday November 19th 2009 the Spirit Week Pep Rally and Concert will take place in the evening.

-The Spirit Week Committee met and is discussing plans for Spirit Week.

-Motion to allocate $0 to Minority Scientists and Engineers for their supplemental allocation request from September 30th, 2009.
