The meeting was called to order at 5:00 PM.

12 members were present.

Ashley Juavinett โ€“ President

  • The Lafayette Association of Visual Artists (LAVA) submitted a constitution for approval as a Student Government recognized club.
  • Futsal submitted a constitution for approval as a Student Government recognized sports club.
  • The Unity Team requested $50 in supplemental allocations for pizza and beverages for their first meeting of the year.
  • The Asian Cultural Association requested $30 in supplemental allocations for block party supplies.
  • Social Gaming Network requested $250 in supplemental allocations to replace stolen supplies.
  • Newman Association requested permission to use $2200 of their budget on food in addition to the $2025 that was previously agreed upon.
  • Technology Entertainment Design (TED) requested $75 in supplemental allocations for food for their first meeting of the year.

-Motion to approve the Lafayette Association of Visual Artists (LAVA) as a Class 5 Organization.

    Do you have a list of resources that your students buy from, or are they able to pick and choose their vendors at will?

    Students may pick and choose their vendors at will. Certain vendors accept purchase orders and consequently students are more likely to use these vendors.
