The purpose of the Lafayette College Women’s Softball Club is to bring together individuals from the Lafayette College community to play softball and to assist students in developing softball, teamwork, and leadership skills.

The team is a member of the National Club Softball Association (NCSA) and plays in the North Atlantic Region East Conference. The conference currently includes The College of New Jersey, the University of Delaware, Sacred Heart University, Rowan University, and Rutgers University. The Lafayette Club Softball team is open to all female students at Lafayette College and no try out is required. The team practices two or three times a week from 5pm-7pm during the fall and spring semesters. In-conference games are played in the fall and consist of a series of three games per weekend. In the spring, the winner of the conference goes to the NCSA World Series and other non-conference games are scheduled.
