September 5th: Community Gardener Harvest Picnic!!!!!!!

May 8th: 7AM another garden fence-building day!!
May 2nd: 9AM, Garden help day!!!! Come help put up fence posts, install deer fence, and mark the community garden plots. Everyone’s welcome–the more the merrier! 
April 17-23rd: Earth Week Events!
March 30th: Brown Bag Presentation! Jenn Halpin, Farm Manager from Dickinson College, is giving a presentation about starting the Dickinson College Farm. It’s at noon in Hugel 103. Lunch provided.
There will also be a small meeting for garden club members to talk with Jenn Halpin in Acopian 325 from 2:30-3:00pm if you’re interested in attending!
Feb. 28th-March 2nd: Jenn Bell and Prof. Kney are going to Auburn University to present the “Locally Sustainable Food Loop” at the 4th Annual University Hunger Summit as presenters and panel speakers.
Feb. 13th-15th: Christina Chen and Jenn Bell will be traveling to the Clinton Global Initiative University conference at the University of Texas in Austin to present our “A Locally Sustainable Food Loop” Award.
Feb. 11th: Jenn and Christina Chen will be presenting the idea of an Lafayette Organic Garden Club to Student Government!
Feb. 9th: “Ethanol’s Power Politics: Social and Environmental Consequences” by Dr. Dennis Keeney Noontime in Hugel 103. “From Plate to Gulf: the Social and Environmental Role of Corn” 7PM in Oeschle 224
Feb. 6th: First SEES Meeting! Noon in 315 AEC.
Feb. 4th: First LEAP Meeting! Noon in Center Marlo Room.
