The Fall 2014 Lafayette Men’s Rugby team continued its recent success by finishing first in the regular season standings for the EPRU East Division. Unfortunately, the Leopards were defeated in a tight contest in the semifinals of EPRU playoffs, but they take pride in receiving 3rd Place in the EPRU, and will return with renewed vigor in the spring, with the goal of once again reaching NSCRO 7s Nationals.
The Lafayette Men’s Rugby team was established in 1969 and has been playing competitive rugby in the Lehigh Valley for the last 45 years. In the past 6 years, the club has regained structure with the addition of a dedicated coaching staff and now seeks to compete on a national stage for small colleges.
Join the team and carry on the great tradition of pounding Lehigh University into the dirt!
