Year three was another great year! We had our fair share of hurdles: a wet Spring, dry July, followed by never ending rains in August and September. Throw in a hurricane or two and an October snow storm and that may be the growing season in a nutshell! Despite the rough weather, we had a great year producing our most bountiful harvest to date. All of the produce was either given to Sodexo for use in dining halls, brown bags, and cooking demonstrations, or sold at our campus farm stand. Here is a sampling of pictures from the year.
