The Board of LCE’s main focus is to manage to club and communicate with club members, other Lafayette organizations, and outside organizations to host, manage, and track tournaments and events both on campus and online. Meet the Board:
Thomas Stranick is the President of the Lafayette College Esports Club as well as the Overwatch Representative and temporary Rocket League Representative. He is currently in the Class of 2021 studying Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE). He is the current Overwatch Team Captain and enjoys playing Overwatch, however also branches out to a variety of games that the club enjoys playing. Kerry Stranick is the Vice President for LCE, and plays on the Overwatch Team. She is in the Class of 2021 majoring in Computer Science and Mathematics. Kerry is also the Vice President of Women in Computing, plays flute for the Pep Band, piano for the House Band, and dances in the Dance Company. She has a twin brother who is also in the Esports Club, on the Overwatch Team, and on the Board of LCE :P Garan Comfort is the Treasurer for LCE, and is a native San Diegan who rose through the ranks of Overwatch to Gold under the careful eye of mentor and friend, Nick Moosic. He has two cats and enjoys long walks on the beach. On campus, Garan is a Class of 2021 mechanical engineer that does it all. He is lame enough to hang out with the esports people, but cool enough to wear a hat backwards. Andrew Bachman is the Secretary for LCE and the Representative for the Lafayette College Hearthstone team. He is in the Class of 2021, double majoring in Electrical Engineering and German. Andrew is also the Resident Advisor for TRAP floor (a special interest housing community) and on the board for Quest, Lafayette's student LGBTQ organization. Besides competitive gaming, Andrew also likes to play Dungeons and Dragons and owns the most expensive keyboard on the esports team. Casey Ford is the Social Media Manager and is in the Class of 2023. Not only is she an amazing Overwatch player, she is also a computer science and environmental studies major. She is also a part of the Lafayette orchestra as a violinist. Bill is a Desktop Engineer in Information Technology Services. He has a B.S. Management of Information Technology, from DeSales University. Esports has been a passion of his long before "Esports" has taken its present form. His main passion is StarCraft II. #TerranTears. He also enjoys Dota 2, FCG, and FPS titles.
