Challenges & Mitigating Factors
Once the scope is defined, the paper will explore some challenges and mitigating factors/policies of implementing a bike-share system. In particular, the paper proves that Lafayette has the demand and infrastructure necessary for a successful bike-share program. Moreover, the paper provides some options to help alleviate the problems that arise from Easton’s cold climate. Lastly, it uses a comparative approach, to demonstrate that Lafayette truly is ready to implement a bike-share system that will be readily used.
